FlashThemes reserves the right to terminate your access to your account, your ability to post to this Site (or the services or Our Applications) and refuse, delete or remove any Submissions; with or without cause and with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, or for any action that FlashThemes determines is inappropriate or disruptive to this Site or to any other user of this Site, services and/or Our Applications. FlashThemes may report to law enforcement authorities any actions that may be illegal, and any reports it receives of such conduct. When legally required or at FlashThemes’s discretion, FlashThemes will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity on this Site or on the Internet.
• These prohibitions do not require FlashThemes to monitor, police or remove any Submissions or other information submitted by you or any other user.

Limitation of Liability

FlashThemes shall not be liable for any damages ( including unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any data sent or received or not sent or receive) arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided on the FlashThemes website, even if FlashThemes or a member of the FlashThemes team or authorized representative has been made aware of the possibility of such damage.

We perform regular backups of the content hosted on the FlashThemes server. In the event that our server is shut down, we will restore any lost data as a result of hardware failure to minimize the impact and downtime for users. By registering an account on FlashThemes, you acknowledge the existence of these Data copies and consent for our affiliates to utilize this information to (i) restore servers; (ii) edit account information; (iii) assess Service functionality.

Terms of Service Modifications

The FlashThemes Team reserves the right to revise the terms of use, conditions, and notices for its web site at any time without notice. Any changes made to the aforementioned will be provided to you in electronic form via email at the email address you specified when you signed up.
